This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the services available through our mobile application, called “Faveo.” It describes how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us when signing up for our service.


Personally Identifiable Information


Personally identifiable information is any information that reflects your identity or, if known, would allow someone to contact you personally. Examples of this include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.


If you sign up as a User:


You must enter the following information, which we use to identify you and provide the service that we offer:

  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Credit/Debit Card Information


We use Stripe as a payment processor, to which you may have to provide your full name and credit/debit card information to ensure processing of payment.


If you sign up as a Helpmate:


To be eligible as a Helpmate you must provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Home Address
  • Bank Information (for direct deposit using
  • A Copy of Your Driver’s License


As a Helpmate, you will also be subject to a background check through a third party provider. We do not store any of the information provided to that company.


If you do not want us to obtain any personally identifiable information about you, please do not submit it to us. However, without such information we may not be able to provide you the services that we offer through our application.


If you email or otherwise voluntarily contact us, we will save the communication, which may contain personally identifiable information.


You will have the ability to edit the personally identifiable information we have on hand at any time through your Faveo account. We ask that you provide the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times.


Non-Personally Identifiable Information


When you use our application or visit our website, certain anonymous information may be anonymously logged including: the type of browser you use, the server name and IP address through which you access the internet, the date and time you visit the application, the pages you access within our application and the source of the link (if any) that you clicked to find our website.


Use of Your Information


We may use the personally identifiable information that you provide for any of the following purposes:

  • Establishment and verification of users;
  • Opening, maintaining, servicing, and administering user accounts;
  • Sending service-related communications;
  • Providing services/support to users;
  • Analyzing such information to improve our service and/or application;
  • Providing users with promotional offers for our service;
  • Responding to communications opened by our users;
  • Protecting our systems from fraud;
  • Maintaining the security of our systems; and
  • Sending you various marketing communications.


We use the anonymous browsing information to observe user behavior and improve our websites.

If you are a user, and you engage our service, we will provide your picture, full name, phone number, and delivery address with the appropriate Mover, which is necessary to provide the service.


If you are a Mover, we will provide the user to whom you are delivering the requested item your picture, full name, and phone number.


The disclosure of such information is the minimum required to safely and efficiently perform the service.


We may also disclose your personally identifiable information: (i) in response to a subpoena, court order, or a request for cooperation from law enforcement agencies; (ii) to defend against legal claims; (iii) when we believe disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activity, fraud or wrongdoing; (iv) to protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, users, employees or others; (v) to enforce our application terms; (vi) in the event of a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business, merger, or consolidation; or (vii) as otherwise required by law.


Aside from the foregoing, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information with anyone.
